Cottage Rose Patchwork Scarf

Yarn and hook: For this project I used sport acrylic yarn in 5 colors with a 3 mm (UK11) (US 10/3) hook. Less than 30 grams used for the squares; leftover yarn is perfect for the flowers. Other: Tapestry needle for sewing squares together and weaving ends, sewing needle and thread for sewing the roses and leaves on (optional – I used the same yarn to sew them on). Stitches: chain (ch), chain space (ch-sp), slip stich (sl st.), single crochet (sc), half double crochet (hdc), double crochet (dc). American terminology used. Measurements of finished scarf: per maker’s wish: the one in this tutorial is 2.10 m long /6.88 ft. Measurements of roses: 8x8 cm /3.14”
