Comfort Zone Sweater

Comfort Zone Sweater is a textured, slightly oversized pullover, with interesting details, like a folded neck in Half-Fisherman Rib and lateral braids at the ribbings. A simple, but eye-catching texture is created with stockinette, garter and slip stitches.

Comfort Zone Sweater is knitted top down, completely seamless and has a modified drop-shoulder construction (inspired by contiguous set-in sleeve method developed by Susie Myers). The sequence of stitches is repetitive and addictive but smart details keep the work interesting.

Yarn used in the sample are two strands of yarn held together.

1st - merino yarn in fingering weight (415 yards in 3.6 oz skein) 2nd - Midnatssol from Camarose (218 yards in 0,88 oz skein)

Gauge: 20 stitches and 35 rows = 10 cm / 4 in in texture stitch
