Cocoon twisted cable pullover

This twisted cable pullover reminds me of our lives:full of twists and turns, as we fall and rise, struggle and evolve to finally emerge renewed and stronger. The yarn I used has a silky texture, subtle colors, and, for me, a sense of comfort, so I was inspired to create something familiar yet new, like an old cable with a new twist. To make this dramatic cable, you turn the knitting 180 degrees before you knit the stitches from the cable needles. Knit continuously in reverse stockinette stitch, the pullover has a classic fit with a funnel neck and elbow-length sleeves.
