Product Description
A knitted mouse is a wonderful souvenir for adults and children, as well as a cheerful Merry Christmas interior decoration.
Equipment
One pair of 2.75 mm straight knitting needles (UK12/US2)
2.75 mm DPNS needles for the tail (UK12/US2)
Plastic-headed pins
A tapestry needle with a rounded point for sewing up the pieces (length is approx. 5 cm)
A tapestry needle for embroidery the nose and the eyes (length is approx. 8-9 cm)
Yarn:
I used yarn in three different colors to knit a mouse body.
Yarn A – “Sandnes Garn” Alpakka Ull, color 1002 Hvit (approx. 15 g) for the body, the head, and the arms
Yarn B – “Sandnes Garn” Alpakka Ull, color 3511 Pudder Rosa (less than 5 g) for the ears, the nose, and the tail
Yarn C – “Alize Angora Gold” Batik, color 4686 or 6554 (less than 5 g) for the hat
Other materials (for one mouse)
Toy stuffing – washable Polyester (approx. 5 g)
Black embroidery thread for the eyes
One bell for the hat (diameter is approx. 8 mm)
