Christmas Cowl

This super quick knit is a top beginner garment, with instruction videos. This design is for absolutely everyone. It suits all budgets and ability levels. You can start with an easy cast-on or a more complex provisional cast-on. This cowl is worked in seed/moss stitch (shown here). Alternative reversible stitches are garter stitch or rib stitches. Knit it until it’s the size you want then join it with a seam or 3-needle bind-off to make a cowl.

This pattern gives you lots of options to build skills. I've used a provisional cast-on with a 3-needle bind-off at the join, I don’t like seaming. You can use a traditional cast-on and whichever seaming method if you prefer.
