The Chayka shawl is part of The Chekhov Collection, three shawls by Kino Knits. These shawls showcase one, two, and three colors, respectively. All three shawls are asymmetrical triangles that are flexible; they can be knit in any yarn weight/gauge and any yardage!
The Chayka shawl, the first in the Chekhov Collection by Kino Knits, is reminiscent of aseagull’s wing and is perfect for using up that special, luxurious skein. Knit from one corner to the opposite edge, it features show-stopper lace paired with plain stockinette. Easily adaptable to any yarn weight or yardage – just knit until a few grams of yarn are left, then finish with a few simple garter rows!
