Cathedral

As a child, I always visited a lot of churches on vacation with my parents. And still if I see a large church, I tend to go in. I love the silence and the peace in these buildings. And I love the windows, especially if they are made in stained glass. This shawl is inspired by such a cathedral window.

There are 2 versions and 2 different sizes. There is a cabled version and one (almost) without cables.

The shawlette is made with 2 skeins of Wollmeise Pure. I made the cabled version, but maybe with such a variegated yarn, the non-cabled version is a better choice.. I made the shawl with 3 skeins of Fyberspates Vivacious 4Ply, a lovely yarn with an amazing deep color!
