I purchased this yarn because it was called for in a cowl pattern I had just bought. I do like that the color is evenly distributed throughout the hank, which will make the cowl look pretty. I'm glad I purchased extra hanks and different colors. The yarn is tubular and that will mean no splitting.
This yarn knits seamlessly. I’m using it for a garter stitch project and I’m love how defined the stitches are with this mix of wool and cotton.
Gauge Swatch has been made. The resulting fabric has a subtle variation of the color through out the sample which is quite lovely. The hand is soft with good stitch definition. There is a bit of stretch which told me to be careful with my sizing. I have gone down to an 8 needle which is closer to the gauge listed on the pattern. I am looking forward to completing this sweater!
