Candy Cane Cushion

The classic candy cane decorated with a sprig of holly or ribbon makes a great theme for a holiday pillow.

A fun and easy project for your home, the 14"x14” (35cm x 35cm) pillow cover is knit in one piece in stocking stitch using worsted/#4/aran yarn. The leaves and berries are knit separately and sewn in place. A small amount of stuffing adds dimension. Or simply add a festive ribbon.

The pillow cover has an envelope closure with three buttons so that it can be easily removed to change your seasonal décor or for washing if needed.
