Product Description
The BYOB Market Bag is a stylish shoulder bag which is perfect for a visit to your local Farmers Market. It features a central openwork panel for flexibility and a sturdy base so small items don’t slip through. The bag is worked in a crisp cotton yarn in a single colour and has two shoulder-length handles finished with a button detail. The pattern includes full stitch charts, line-by-line instructions and links to a step-by-step tutorial series on my website.
Pattern Information:
Yarn:Lily Sugar ’n Cream, 100% cotton, gauge: 20 sts:10cm/4 ins using 4.5mm/US 7 needles in Colour 010 Yellow. The yarn is available in regular 70.9gm/2.5 oz balls with 109m/120 yds per ball or in a super-size 113gm/4.0 oz ball with 182m/200 yds per ball.
Note:The dyelots can vary widely with this yarn, so please purchase or hold extra yarn to ensure you have sufficient for your project.
Techniques:Knits, purls, slipped stitches, yarn overs, increases, decreases, provisional cast-on & working in the round.
