Buddi Beanie

The Buddi Beanie is a traditional Shetland design for babies of 6-12 months. The design uses six colours of 2 ply jumper weight 100% Shetland wool but you can choose to use less colours.

The pattern is one size baby but the actual size can be changed by increasing or decreasing needle size by 0.5mm. The hats my test knitters made have fitted children from 10 months to 3 years depending on their own personal tension and needle size.

Please pay particular attention to the required tension as my knitting is close. Many people have used 2.75mm needles to obtain a matching tension.
