Boldly Go

A fun hat to knit for all the Star Trek fans. This slouchy beanie, inscribed with the words Boldly Go, will keep your head warm through all your daily adventures.

There is only one size included in this pattern to fit the average adult head (22-24″/56-61cm). The gauge can be slightly adjusted by changing needle sizes if needed.

This hat uses approximately 175 yds/160 meters of main color and 50 yds/46 meters of contrasting color.

Gauge and Sizing: One size to fit average adult head (22- 24″/56-61cm) Gauge: 32 stitches and 40 rows in 4 inches of stockinette.

It's highly recommended that you have experience knitting colorwork and working a provisional cast on. YouTube has some wonderful tutorial videos on these methods that I suggest you check out, even if you just need a reminder.
