Inspired by the beach and rippling sea water, this shawl came alive.
’Beach Talk’ shawl has an asymmetrical but almost triangular shape with a built-in edge and is worked flat from the right tip to the left edge. The pattern is fully written out with stitch counts and includes a chart for the cable repeats. A video tutorial for knitting cables without a cable needle is provided, too.
Sample yardage, 705yds/645m in Erika Knight, Wild Wool (100 gr-186yds/170m). Or any DK/worsted weight yarn: approx. 700-809yds (640-740m).
