Easy Crochet Pattern for an Aussie Bush Hat in Sizes Baby to Adult XXX Large [ 29 -30 inches /74 - 76 cm ]. The hat is made almost completely in SC. The crown is an oblong shape, has an edge then goes straight down to the brim. The Brim is quite wide and stays in place without wire or starch. The hat can be worn with the brim folded up, Aussie style or flat. Pattern is written in English using standard AMERICAN crochet terms. A 2nd pattern is also included using standard BRITISH crochet terms. Hat was designed using Bernat Handicrafter Cotton and a 4 mm crochet hook G/6 for the US or 8 for Britain.
