Product Description
The Asangteich Socks are worked from the cuff down with a heel flap.
The pattern is different for the right and left sock. The heel flaps are knitted with a reinforced stitch pattern for more durability and stability.
I usually make the heel and foot of my socks a little tighter to get a better fit.
An easy lace and cable panel runs throughout the sock, while a more difficult cable panel is located on the back of the leg. And the cable panels are decorated with small beads. There are pictures showing how to place the beads with a sewing needle and thread.
Some adjustments for size and fit are possible, the instructions for this can be found in the pattern.
You can use any 4-ply sock yarn for these socks, including colorful ones or ones with color gradients or stripes. The cable pattern also looks great with colorful yarns.
The pattern is written for the use of double-pointed needles or circular needles.
