The story of this cozy wrap begins in a charming little yarn shop in Norway. While browsing the shelves, my husband surprised me by becoming the more enthusiastic yarn shopper. He spotted this beautiful mohair and immediately began working out colour combinations, already imagining how they would flow together. By the time we left the shop, he had not only chosen the palette but also had a clear vision of what he wanted the shawl to be. This design is my way of bringing his inspiration to life.

This rectangular shawl is a soft exploration of colour and texture knit in one piece, made with bulky mohair yarn that creates a light cozy fabric with a delicate halo. Worked in three shades, short rows gently shift and shape the colours across the fabric creating movement and unexpected transitions that unfold as the shawl grows.
