Ample Sample Chunky Scarf

This sampler scarf is composed of panels or blocks each containing one of three distinct patterns (a block of stockinette stitch, a block featuring a raised rib and a block of moss or seed stitch). These blocks, when repeated, make up the design. The entire scarf is actually seamless, despite its appearance. This project is suitable for even a beginner to tackle and you just have to have a knowledge of knit and purl stitches in order to make it.

This scarf knits up quickly when made from bulky and super bulky weight yarns. Just one skein of Lion Brand Yarns Wool- Ease Thick & Quick in the shade Linen was used to make the scarf in the photos. You will get a scarf that wraps around your neck two times. If you wish to make the scarf longer please note that you will need more yarn.
