The wool indicated in the pattern was unavailable. Debbie Bliss Merion was the recommended substitute and as it comes in lovely colours I was delighted. Lovely, lovely product. The pattern I chose was for a six year old boy - a knitted cardigan/jacket - a vintage pattern from the 1990s.
