Victoria is a sweater with a round yoke worked top-down with circular needles with an attractive colourwork pattern of Victorian style, hence its name. As the complete yoke is quite long, the armpit depth is too, so it is a kind of boxy sweater with the sleeve bulging, as I think the pattern asks for the style it has.
You start knitting the neck in garter stitch, very simple, you knit the colourwork yoke and then you separate body and sleeves. I didn't want to add more decoration because the yoke is already striking enough.
El Suéter Victoria es un jersey con canesú redondo tejido de arriba abajo con agujas circulares con un dibujo de colourwork muy vistoso de estilo victoriano, de ahí su nombre. El dibujo completo es bastante largo, por lo que la sisa también lo es, de manera que es una especie de suéter boxy con la manga abullonada, como pienso que pide el patrón por el estilo que tiene.
