You will need 420 yards of an aran weight yarn that can gauge at 4sts. per inch. It is shown with or without buttons. These are just decorative so they are optional. You will need one snap for a closure. The finished measurements are 20" x35" open as a blanket and 14" x 18" closed as a swaddle. This makes a great baby gift for your own child or a loved one.
