The SUMMER Sweater No. 1 is a light and soft cotton sweater for the summer. The sweater is knitted top down without a seam. After knitting the collar and button tab the body and sleeves are separated. First the body afterwards the sleeves are knitted in rounds. To avoid gaps under the sleeves this pattern includes a step-by-step explanation of increased stitches under the arms.

Der SOMMER-Pulli Nr. 1 ist ein leichter, weicher Baumwoll-Pulli für den Sommer. Der Pulli wird von oben nach unten und ohne Naht gestrickt. Nachdem der Kragen und die Knopfleiste gestrickt sind, werden die Arme vom Rumpf abgeteilt. Erst wird der Rumpf und danach werden die Arme in Runden gestrickt. Um Löcher unter den Armen zu vermeiden, enthält diese Anleitung eine Schritt-für-Schritt-Erklärung zur Zunahme von Maschen unter den Armen.
