Each square, triangle, and the ruffle has seven rounds for the seven colors of the natural rainbow, in order: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. Any seven colors of yarn can be used (or two colors can be used in alternating rows) for a stunning effect. Colors used: Red Heart Super Saver (RHSS) Light Raspberry, Lionbrand Pound of Love Creamsicle, RHSS Light Yellow, RHSS Melon, RHSS Aruba Sea, RHSS Light Blue, RHSS Lavendar. Alternate option - vivid colors: RHSS Cherry Red, Pumpkin, Bright Yellow, Spring Green, Turqua, Royal, and Amethyst.
