This slouchy hat is worked in garter stitch on the bias. It is ideal for self-striping or colorchanging yarns. You need to know how to knit, decrease, wrap stitches and how to pick up stitches from a garter edge. To join the cast-on and last row, the Kitchener stitch in garter pattern is used (instructions are included). For extra warm ears, stitches are picked up from the lower edge and a second layer for the brim is worked on the inside.
This pattern is available in english and german and contains one file only.
Diese Mütze mit Überlänge wird im Krausmuster gestrickt. Sie eignet sich wunderbar für selbstmusternde Garne oder langem Farbverlauf. Anschlag und letzte Reihe werden durch einen Maschenstich verbunden. Damit die Ohren warm bleiben, werden Maschen an der unteren Bandkante aufgenommen und eine zweite Schicht in glatt rechts gestrickt, welche sich auf der Innenseite versteckt.
