The North Beanie is a chunky knit beanie worked in 1x1 ribbing. It has a fairly classic look with a folded brim, a rounded bottom edge and a rounded crown shape. It is a bit slouchy and gives extra room on top of the head, the length can be customized.

Child, Adult XS (S, M, L) - corresponding to head circumference, measured over the ears:
cm: 44, 49 (53, 58, 62)
inch: 17.5, 19.5 (21, 23, 24.5).
EASE:
10% negative ease, corresponding to:
4, 5 (5, 6, 6) cm; [1.5, 2 (2, 2.5, 2.5) inches].
Note: the negative ease is built in the pattern and is calculated proportionally (-10%) for each size.
