There is an element of mix and match to this little pattern for a small toy. You can choose from 2 options for the head, either a bunny or a bear. You can also personalise your toy through your colour choices and you can knit the sweater in a single colour if you wish. Unlike my larger toys which have removable clothing, these small versions have all of the clothes knitted on with no removable parts, which makes them a suitable toy for a baby or small child. All of the pieces are knitted flat and seamed afterwards and are knitted in the same DK yarn weight throughout. However you can choose to knit these in any weight of yarn, knitting in 4ply/fingering weight yarn with 2.5mm needles will give a smaller toy or use a worsted weight yarn with 3mm needles for a larger toy.

Step by step instructions with photographs to help. I’ve bought several of the Little Cotton Rabbit patterns previously . I love the uniqueness of them all. Julie obviously puts in a lot of effort and I think they are great value for money.
