- The bonnet is knit flat towards the crown from stitches picked up from the lace brim which is knit separately first. It features an eyelet band to thread matching ribbon (or knitted cord) through to tie under the chin.
- The booties are knit flat (from stitches picked up from the lace cuff) down towards the sole and seamed up the back of the leg.
- Both items are an easy and quick knit and make the perfect baby-shower gift.
