Great service
I like how these needles swivel. It prevents yarn tangle.
Speedy, but small issue with return.
I have never used one of these before so have nothing to compare it to. However I love how you can just knit without swapping needles at the end of the row, and no long pointy needles to store safely. My only quibble is that I find that the wool snags slightly at the join between the tip and the body of the needles.
