This Spring Daffodil holds a small chocolate Easter Egg snugly in its golden trumpet. Knit a bunch for Easter Day and loved ones can 'pick' their own!
Easy to knit, using straight needles and oddments of DK yarn in springtime colours of yellow, gold and green. No toy stuffing needed.
If using a bendy drinking straw for stem, Daffodil will lay flat, as centre is too heavy with a chocolate egg to display upright. If using a solid plastic cake pop stick for stem, then Daffodil head is supported and can be displayed upright in a container.
