The From the Heart Washcloth is worked in traditional corner to corner construction. If you’ve never tried C2C, this washcloth makes a great first project because it requires only 2 colors.
Note: This C2C heart washcloth is most appropriate for decorating the bathroom for the holiday or light washing. Because of the corner to corner construction, the washcloth isn’t durable enough for heavy scrubbing.
The main part of the washcloth is worked in corner to corner crochet. It’s finished off with 2 rounds of single crochet to secure the edges and create a durable finish for the washcloth.
The washcloth can be made with any worsted weight cotton yarn that’s easy care and durable with repeated use. Because the washcloth doesn’t take much yarn, you might be able to find something in your stash.
