I’ve always been a lover of beautiful yarn, even before I knew what to do with it. Since I started knitting and crocheting in 2007 my stash has grown tremendously and all that yarny goodness is what sparks the creativity in my designs. I’ve been designing since 2011 and have had patterns published through Knitters Magazine and KnitPicks. My self-published designs can be found on YumiYarns.com, Ravelry, Knitpicks & LoveKnitting. I love using bright colors combined with interesting techniques in my patterns. You’re sure to learn something new with each one and you will be inspired to stretch your skills and creativity. I also teach crafting classes at fiber events and at my local yarn store, Athena Fibers. Yumi Yarns knitting patterns are designs geared towards process knitters who also want beautiful and fun finished objects. Most patterns are paired with photo tutorials and learning resources via YumiYarns.com to help you painlessly grow your crafting skills and encourage you
