Easy triangle shaped scarf/wrap/shawl. Alternating solid and multi yarns, Berroco Comfort DK. Playing with simple texture.
K2, place marker, p2, place marker, knit 1, yo, slip last stitch
•Make One, knit to marker, make one before marker, knittwo, slip marker, knit to end
•Make One, knit to marker, make one before marker, purl two, slip marker, knit to end
So, basically: the two stitches between markers in the center of triangle are your backbone.
Make an increase at the beginning of each row and make another increase before the marker .
When you turn your work, you’ll repeat the increase at the beginning and before marker.
You make 2 stitch increase in every row.
This way you are shaping a triangle in each side of your backbone.
I like to play with different textures while alternating with my yarns every two rows.
Tip of beck and edge of project are in solid color.
In my projects you can see big solid gray triangle where the texture comes out.
