While I was designing this stocking package I had the elf, Santa and the snowman and was wondering what to add as the 4th. Poppy and Rowan came home with me after the school run one day and I ask which stocking they would like. Rowan immediately chose the elf but Poppy was very quiet and I had to ask her again. In a little whisper she told me I hadn't designed one she wanted, yet. I asked what she would like and she said a fairy grandma with sparkly pink hair.

So I promised her I would give it some thought and the next time they came around I had the fairy stocking ready. I overheard her telling brother "look Rowan grandma said she would and she did!" Note to self: If you promise the grandchildren something, do it, the reward is priceless :)

What a lovely story. Your stocking are delightful. I agree with you if you say to your grandchildren you're going to do something for them you have to do it! The look on their faces is so rewarding.
