Product Description
This is a shawl originally designed for using up sock yarn leftovers. It's a quick and easy knit using Knit, Purl and Yarn Overs to create the pattern, and an optional picot cast off which combines casting on and off to create a pretty edge.
The finished shawl is crescent shaped so will wrap around your shoulders in a hug and it tends to stay put without a shawl pin. It will also hang nicely at the front if you prefer.
The pattern gives a complete breakdown of the yardage needed for each contrast section. you need between 2.5m for the first contrast section to 63m for the final contrast section on the largest size. Perfect for using up leftovers of special precious yarns.
