Product Description
Have you been drooling over those luscious chunky knit blankets on Etsy for months? Well here is your golden ticket to making your own dreamy, squishy blanket yourself with a free, yes free, pattern!
Inspired by the international bestselling series, A Song of Ice and Fire, also known as Game of Thrones, by George R.R. Martin and the widely popular HBO show based off the novels, this blanket is not for the faint of heart. Knit in roving-style, jumbo-sized yarn on US 17 needles, this blanket is a large, cuddly beast to even keep the Night King warm.
This massive blanket is knit flat and starts with two rows of garter stitch (to prevent the stockinette body from rolling). There is a small garter stitch border (consisting of two stitches on each side) around the sides, and a stockinette stitch body. This blanket ends with two rows of garter stitch.
Whether you are a GoT fan or want a chunky, cozy throw to accent your living room, this blanket is perfect for cuddling and decoration.
