Vodograi cardi

Stunning cables encircle the neckline of this light, delicate cardigan worked in stockinette.  The Vodograi girl’s cardigan is worked top down from the neck entirely seamless.

Sizes: 12 mos; 18–24 mos; 3 yrs (4 yrs; 5 yrs; 6–7 yrs) (8–9 yrs; 10–12 yrs; 12–14 yrs).

Needles and Materials:  – Western Sky Knits Magnolia Sock / MCN (80% Merino, 10% Nylon, 10% Cashmere goat; 346 meters / 115 grams)  – circular knitting needles 2.25 mm [US1] and 3.25 mm [US3]  or other size to obtain gauge.  – 2 cable needles.  – (1) stitch marker for the beginning of the round.  – tapestry needle, stitch holder or piece of auxiliary yarn.

Gauge:  28 sts and 35 rows = 10x10 cm [4x4 in], in Main Pattern (cabled), stretched, on 3.25 mm [US3] needles.

25 sts and 35 rows = 10x10 cm [4x4 in], in stockinette stitch, stretched, on 3.25 mm [US3] needles.
