All of the wools are pre-cut, making switching between colours really easy. Pattern is very small and not easy to follow. I used the picture on the front of the package as it was much clearer.
Easy ordering service
I have bought a few kits and cushion backs to match. The backing is easy to attach to the front cross stitch cushion. I was disappointed that the colour I had wanted for the cushion back was not in stock so had to get a grey backing instead. Also when putting an item/serial number into the search bar it does not always bring up the item even though you do have it, which meant having to scroll through trying to find it.
