Tunisian Diagonal Mesh Washcloth

This beautiful washcloth is made using a Tunisian stitch pattern that I designed in 2022. I have named it the Tunisian Diagonal Mesh Stitch.

This stitch pattern gives the appearance of perpetual diagonal lines running across the fabric. The lines are raised like cables which creates a great textured surface for a washcloth.

This washcloth pattern is a great way to try out the stitch and make a pretty, exfoliating washcloth at the same time.

This pattern is suitable for an intermediate or advanced Tunisian crocheter and includes regular crochet stitches for the border.
