Travelling To Infinity Cowl

This cowl was designed and knit during an unexpected trip to Canada’s far North. My sister-in-law asked for an infinity scarf for Christmas, and I needed something that didn’t need a lot of attention to knit while being otherwise occupied. It is knit in the round and is completely reversible and customizable. Add or remove stitches in groups of 5 to adjust circumference; add or remove rounds to adjust depth. As written, it easily wraps three times on cold days (shown above).

Finished Size: Approximately 56” circumference, 9” depth

Yarn: Dragonfly Fibers Traveler 270 yards/114 grams, 2 skeins (approximately 350 yards)

Needles: 24” circular needle, size 8 US (5.0 mm) or size to obtain gauge

Gauge: 5 stitches per inch. Gauge is not critical for this project, but will affect yardage required.
