Yardage for this pattern is between 90 yards for newborn and upto 230 yards for adult XXL. yardage does depend on size.

Materials:– Any size 4 yarn will probably work – Size I/9-5.50mm Crochet Hook and Size J/10-6.00mm and an H/8-5.00mm for the brim – Tapestry Needle – Faux Fur Pompom, or a pompom maker. – Sewing needle and thread for attaching the snap for the pompom - Stitch marker to use at the beginning stitch of the round to make it easier to find.
