Time 2 Sparkle!

A perfect combination of elegance and warmth this pair of mauči (Latvian beaded cuffs) will add just the right amount of sparkle to your evening outfits. Slightly elongated, with a small slit to show the back of your hand these cuffs were inspired by Audrey Hepburn’s iconic image in Breakfast at Tiffany’s. The cuffs are made from super soft baby alpaca yarn and lavishly decorated with gold and silver beads. 

The cuffs are knit sideways in garter stitch with beads pre-threaded onto the yarn and inserted between stitches one by one. This beading technique does not require any special tools or skills, the only difficult part is getting the beads in the right order when stringing, so it’s a good idea to check yourself before you start knitting.
