Product Description
TILDA and TOMMY-TED are cute little teddy bears who are easy to knit and dress. They love to go sailing. Their matching sweaters have appliqué sailing boats on the front. Tilda wears a skirt and Tommy-Ted wears short trousers.
SIZE - 40cm (16in) to the tips of their ears (size will vary slightly according to your choice of yarn and style of knitting).
PATTERN - The pattern is easy to follow with lots of coloured pictures to assist with every stage of your kitten making. All pattern rows are numbered.
SKILLS REQUIRED - Cast on, cast off (bind off), knit, purl, increase, decrease
NEEDLES - All knitting, apart from Tilda’s skirt, is done on a pair of 3.25mm needles (US size 3). For the skirt you will need size 4mm (US 4) needles.
YARN - Small amounts of DK (double knitting) yarn (USA - light-worsted/Australia - 8 ply)
