This design is such a fun and quick make. It can be done with any yarn in your stash. This Tiaka Cowl is a magical and unique piece that can a one of a kind accessory for you or be made as a gift.
Tiaka means magic in Finnish and I named this after my Grandmother who fell in love with it the moment I finished it. Of course, it is now a staple in her wardrobe.
Supplies • Pattern is written to be completely customizable by size. This means that you can use any yarn weight. However, I used approx 130 yards of a bulky weight, #5 yarn. You may use more or less depending on your design. My yard estimation is based on the size of my combo which will be noted throughout the pattern. • Crochet hook for your designated yarn. I used a 6mm hook. • Tapestry needle • Scissors • Measuring tape Size The size of the garment is completely customizable. Mine when finished measures 24 inches (around) x 5 inches (tall).
