Three Tortoises Turtles Zoo Toy Knitting Pattern Snoo's Knits

This pattern includes three different sizes of tortoise, each made in a similar way. They are easy to make and are great fun for small children.

Stitches used: kfb, k2tog, p2tog, sl1k and sl1p

You will need:

• Small amounts of wool in your chosen colours. I used Double Knit [8-6 ply, “light worsted”.] Tension square: 10cm x 10cm square is 24 stitches across and 32 rows.

• Knitting needles – I used UK size 11 [3.0mm, US size 2.5]

• Blunt sewing needle with an eye big enough to thread your wool through

• Tiny little bit of darker wool to stitch the eyes

• Stuffing
