The Villager's Mittens

**I’ve always longed for the simplicity of the olden times. A time that we all to often read through books and visualize through films. What intrigues me the most about that period is the clothing, or more or less, the effort that went into clothing. Whether it be the colours, the fabrics, we normally bare witness to the same sort of attire. I was inspired to create these mittens for just that reason. Through my love for the Vikings, The Hobbit and general Medieval times, I thought that I could reenact a sort of sense of that wonder into a piece of clothing that could keep our hands from the bitter kiss of the late year’s frost. **
