This heart is knitted in one piece with no seams.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS 2.6 x 2 in (6.5 x 5 cm) approx.

ORIGINAL YARN 3 g of DROPS Nepal Red Clay #8914. Yarn weight/length: 82 yds (75 m) / 1.8 oz (50 g). Alternatively, use any other yarn of your choice.

NEEDLES One set of five double-pointed needles size US 0 (2 mm).

NOTIONS Small amount of waste yarn or toy stuffing, pencil or wooden chopstick, scissors, tapestry needle.

GAUGE Gauge is not crucial for this project, but you should work tight enough to make sure that the letter is shaped well, and to avoid holes. Choose needles 2-3 mm smaller than the size recommended on the yarn label.

It takes up to forty minutes to create one heart.
