The Big Comfy Slouch

This is by far my new favorite fall and winter sweater! It is long and slouchy and goes with almost anything! It looks great with a pair of blue jeans, leggings, or a dress. Wear it to work and be cozy all day! The sweater is worked from the bottom up. There is subtle detailing at the hem and cuffs that doesn't overpower the simplicity of the silhouette. The sleeves are knit separately and then integrated with the yoke. The raglan seams make a nice fit through the shoulders. A front band is knit separately and sewn on creating a clean edge. Trim was added on the inner front band for a pop of color. The sweater boasts lovely deep pockets! The instructions for this project are clear, concise and well written. This project is suitable for an advanced beginner.
