The Autumble Blanket

If you’re looking for a comforting, luxurious blanket to throw over yourself during balmy evenings outdoors, this pretty blanket is for you. Tools: 6.00mm crochet hook, scissors, yarn needle.

Skills: Chain stitch (ch), making a slip knot, slip stitch (sl), yarn over (yo), double crochet (dc), single crochet (sc).

Notes:

· Working with two strands held together can be tricky. If you’re new to this technique, try crocheting a small swatch before you start the project in order to practise a little bit.

· For this design I have worked from the outside of yarn two. If you would prefer a reversed colour gradient you can always work from the centre instead.

· This project uses almost all of the cake of yarn two. Make sure that you only leave a short (approximately 1”) tail of yarn when you make your slip knot so as to not run out.
