Super Long Stocking Cap

Remember those classic, super long ski caps with the pom-poms on the ends? Now you can make your very own. The pattern makes a 32" long ski cap that's one size fits most adults. It's an easy crochet pattern, worked in the round from the tip to the brim. The pattern takes approximately 400 yards of a DK weight acrylic (or fiber of your choice.)

(Note: The featured yarn is Lion Brand Mandala Tweed Stripes in colorway White Elephant. This yarn is technically considered a (4) worsted weight. However, I found that it worked up much thinner than a normal worsted weight strand, and so I'm recommending any DK weight yarn. Any colorway of the Lion Brand Mandala, including the Tweed Stripes should be adequate.) Other necessary tools are a USH8/5.00mm hook, a tapestry needle, scissors, and a medium pom-pom maker.
