Product Description
Knitting Pattern for a very cute matching Girl's Sun Hat and Summer Top in double knitting lightweight yarn.
The top can be knitted with either short or long sleeves and has knitted contrast flowers. The hat is light and perfect for warm weather. Full instructions are given for knitting the lace panels.
Pattern is for ages 0 - 7 years
YARN - Any Double Knitting (8 ply) yarn can be used so long as it gives the same tension as below and sufficient length of yarn is bought.
Gauge: 22 stitches and 28 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch
The garment shown is knitted in James C. Brett Cotton On (50% Cotton – 50% Acrylic) – Shade No 7. Contrast yarn is Paintbox Yarns Cotton DK in Candyfloss Pink, Raspberry Pink and Lime Green.
