The colour was exactly what I expected and hoped. The wool knits up well, and although I am only just completing the back, it is obvious that this is going to be an excellent project. I am making an Aran sweater for my son-in-law. The yarn holds together well and slips onto whichever needle I am using.
Another great purchase! Stylecraft Aran is my “go to” for the greyhound snoods I knit for charity. Great colour - just as described. No knots, joins or thinning. It knits up beautifully and washes well. (I advise people to hand wash, with a gentle spin. I’ve never had a complaint about stretching or shrinking).
Paintbox Aran yarns are lovely to knit with. I knit regularly for a charity, so I’ll only use high quality yarn and this really fits the bill! The colours are always as described online. I’ve been told the items wash well and retain their shape. I recommend Paintbox Aran 100%.

I have purchased this brand before but not this colour. It never fails to impress. I have crocheted a blanket and it is beautiful. The colour is great and it is lovely and soft. Delivery was really swift. I am already looking into my next project (or two).

Knits up beautifully and I especially like the large ball size when knitting blankets as it means far less joins. Yarn feels nice and soft to the touch. I would definitely recommend this yarn.
